So these are from last year at Thanksgiving in Idaho. I am just so excited to head home for Christmas I wanted to post these, even though I hear there isn't any snow at home yet...... Oh yeah, the sun was in my eyes in this picture, if you couldn't tell.

Talia could barely move we had her bundled up so tight. Plus she was just learning how to walk.

It was Talia's Birthday on Saturday. Wuilman and and I were so excited to give her her little kitchen we woke her up before Wuilman had to leave for work. She wasn't too excited at first, but when she saw all the gifts she forgot how tired she still was. We just had a small barbeque with some friends later that night. It was a lot of fun. I made her a "Finding Nemo" cake, don't look too closely, I didn't spend too much time cleaning up the edges. Sorry there are sooo many pictures, but I just had to throw them all in. Enjoy!

This is at the Bay Fest they throw every year down on the bayfront. It is kind of like the fair. I think it was back in September, but am just getting around to downloading the pictures. They had Dora and Diego come this year, who Talia loves. Dora was her first word, not mama
:( Anyway, we waited in line for 45 minutes and then they let you take 1 picture and then push on your way.

I took two before they noticed and pushed us out of the way for the next fan. Talia loved them from far away. She even cried when they went on break just before it was our turn. It was so precious. She was crying and waving "Bye Dora, Bye Dora" But she did get a little scared when we got close, so Papa had to go with her.

She is playing in some bubbles in these ones.

These next few are at the pettin zoo. It took her a couple minutes before she got comfortable enough that she would get down and touch the animals by herself.

This last one is about the only game that she could do, so we let her pick out a ducky and win a prize. I think I even ended up picking out her duck for her because she couldn't pick one. She kept saying, "Kack, Kack! Kack, Kack!"

Getting ready to go trick-or-treating

They had a Halloween Festival at the elementary school where Wuilman works, so we decided to go and take Talia. (Another exscuse to wear her costume!) Anyway, they were taking these super cute pictures. She is a little sick with a cough and didn't feel super good, so had cried a little bit and smeared her makeup, but it's not too bad. Everything else was too old for her though. She had fun seeing all the kids in their costumes though. Whenever she saw the Halloween decorations she would say, "Mama, Mama, oooooohhh scary." I am excited to take her trick-or-treating for the first time this weekend with some friends.
